Mavi Failed to Refund My Money Despite Returned Items Confirmed

On August 25, 2024, I purchased various women’s clothing items from Mavi’s online store (mavi.com) with order number EOK6627458, totaling ₺5,639. I returned all but one item via Aras Cargo and requested a refund; however, only ₺1,999 was deposited into my account, and the remaining ₺3,639 was not refunded. I called customer service numerous times about this incomplete refund and was repeatedly told “it will be deposited in two hours,” with records created (Record numbers: 22364632 and 22361083). I have images showing us placing the items in bags and sealing them with tape at the cargo branch, and Mavi 7 even sent me a message confirming the items arrived at their warehouse. Customer service claims there are missing items but has provided no proof. I request that the remaining ₺3,639 be deposited into my account as soon as possible.
