Mavi Jeans Order Not Delivered - No Response From Customer Service

Ten days ago, I bought two hooded sweatshirts from Mavi’s online store under order number eolb5175309 and paid by credit card. I chose the Çeşme Cadde Plus AVM Mavi branch as the delivery address. However, despite the time that has passed, my products have not been delivered. Throughout this process, I contacted both Mavi customer service and the cargo company multiple times by phone and email. Each time I was told, “We will get back to you,” yet no one ever responded. My frustration keeps growing due to the lack of attention and uncertainty from both the brand and the courier. When I tried to cancel my order, no solution was offered. I request that my products be delivered as soon as possible or that my order be canceled and refunded. I want the neglect and inconvenience I have experienced to be resolved.

Again, there is no progress today. When I look at the complaint site, I see many similar grievances. Isn't there anyone who will put a stop to this company?

Today I had my fourth conversation with the shipping company and once again a ticket was opened. It’s like a comedy. If you want to pay 2000 TL to buy stress, you can shop from Mavi.
