However, an employee named S*** overstepped her boundaries by questioning me in a loud voice about whether I had been constantly exchanging the product, stating that I had purchased it for ₺200 and that such prices no longer existed. She practically interrogated me. I calmly tried to explain the situation, but she kept interrupting and raising her voice. Her tone and attitude were completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Unfortunately, I was left in an awkward and embarrassed situation in front of my girlfriend and the other people waiting in line. I kindly request that the necessary action be taken regarding this disrespectful staff member.
