Mavi Jeans Refused to Help Me with Defective T-Shirts

Hello. I visited the Mavi Galatasaray Taksim branch on 27.02.2025 regarding issues with three t-shirts. Two had shrinkage problems, and one had discoloration. Ms. H***, who I assumed was the store manager, was indifferent, judgmental, and unwilling to help. Without listening to the customer, she acted on her own and only provided assistance for one t-shirt. As someone who has supported this brand for years and valued its workers, today’s experience completely changed my opinion. Thanks to Ms. H***, I no longer plan to purchase anything from Mavi again. I hope she continues to offer her exceptional customer service to others with the same attitude. I doubt this issue will ever be resolved, but I wanted to share this for the information of other customers. If you are expecting help, do not waste your time at the Taksim Galatasaray branch or with Ms. H***.
