I bought a Mavi jacket, but the elastic on the sleeve was damaged, making it appear oversized and baggy. I went to the store where I purchased the jacket, and the staff checked it out, verifying that the elastic inside the sleeve had indeed come loose. They let me know that the jacket needs to be sent for inspection, so I’ll have to wait around a month for any resolution. I am really disappointed with this situation, as I anticipated a faster resolution for what appears to be a manufacturing issue.
