Matchpub Mobile Payment Successful but Coins Missing

On December 20, 2025, at 7:47 p.m., I purchased 2,000 coins through the Matchpub app using Vodafone mobile carrier billing. The charge was successfully applied to my phone line/account, and the payment was completed, but the 2,000 coins I purchased were not credited to my account. I have never experienced this issue in the app before, and this is the first time it has happened.
My account is registered in the app under the email address “y***********@gmail.com.”** I will also provide payment receipts and screenshots related to the transaction as proof. So far, I have not had any direct communication with customer support regarding this issue.
I request that this issue be reviewed as soon as possible and that the 2,000 coins purchased via Vodafone mobile billing be fully credited to my Matchpub account registered under “y***********@gmail.com.”**
