MatchPub Charged but Didn’t Deliver Coins

I made a mobile payment on MatchPub, expecting to receive the coins I paid for, but they never arrived! I completed the transaction successfully, and ₺229.99 was deducted from my bank account, yet my balance still shows nothing.

This is completely unacceptable—if a platform takes payment, it must deliver the purchased item immediately. I have already checked my transaction history, and the charge is confirmed, so where are my coins?

I demand an immediate resolution to this issue. Either credit my account with the missing coins or issue a full refund. MatchPub must fix this problem and ensure that users receive what they pay for. Resolve this now!
