Matchpub Charged My Card After a Failed Payment Attempt

On November 25, 2025, at around 3:53 a.m., I attempted to purchase a membership in the Matchpub app using my Nays card. During the transaction, the system displayed an error, so I assumed the payment had failed and continued the purchase by switching to a different card. However, when I later checked my account activity, I noticed that $8 USD had still been charged to my Nays card for this first transaction that showed an error.
There is no invoice or transaction record generated by Google Play for this charge. Since the transaction showed an error, it does not appear in the system, and I was asked to provide a Google Play invoice, which I am unable to do because no invoice exists. Despite clearly explaining this situation in both in-app support requests and emails, no solution has been provided and I have not received any assistance. My Matchpub account is registered under the email address o****************@gmail.com**.
I request a refund of the $8 USD charged to my Nays card. If a refund cannot be issued for any reason, I request that 1,000 coins be credited to my account instead as compensation.
