Matchpub Charged Me Twice But Did Not Transfer The Coins To My Account
On Monday, October 20, 2025, I purchased coins twice through the Matchpub app via the App Store. Although the payments were deducted from my account, the coins I purchased were not transferred to my Matchpub account.
I contacted customer support regarding the issue, but no solution was provided. I have never experienced a similar problem before. At the moment, the coins I paid for are not visible in my account, and I cannot use the service.
I request that the coins I paid for be assigned to my account as soon as possible and that my grievance be resolved. My Matchpub account: fa**@icloud.com
