I Face Missing Token Issue After Purchase on MatchPub
On August 9, 2025, I purchased 100 tokens on MatchPub using the mobile payment method. The payment was successfully deducted from my account, but the tokens were never credited to my profile.
This is the first time I have experienced such a problem, as I have never had issues with token purchases before.
My account is registered under the email address a********@gmail.com.**
I request that the issue be resolved immediately and that the 100 tokens I paid for be credited to my account without further delay. Users should not lose money or access to purchased in-app items due to system errors.
