Matchpub In-App Purchase Failed After Successful Payment

About one hour ago, I purchased a 1,000 token package through an in-app purchase on the Matchpub app. I paid $10 with my Ziraat Bank credit card. The transaction appears as successfully completed on the bank’s side, and I have the receipt as proof. However, the 1,000 tokens were never credited to my account.

Because the payment was taken but the tokens were not delivered, I have been negatively affected. I am requesting that Matchpub review the transaction and credit the missing 1,000 tokens to my account as soon as possible.
