Matchpub Is Charging Me for a Package I Never Purchased
I am experiencing a serious issue with the Matchpub app, where I am being charged for a package I never purchased. I never approved or completed any transaction for the package in question, yet the system continues to demand payment as if I did. This is both misleading and unacceptable.
Despite not receiving or activating any services, I’ve been repeatedly asked to pay for something that doesn’t exist on my account. This not only creates confusion but also makes me feel unfairly targeted as a user. Such practices damage trust and discourage continued use of the platform.
I request an immediate correction to this false charge and confirmation that no payment is due for services not received. Please resolve this issue within 14 days.
