Matchpub Ignored My Messages After Blocking My Account
I was using the Matchpub app with my Apple account, and recently my account was banned without any explanation. I am now unable to log into the app. Additionally, when I try to create a new account using Gmail, the app immediately logs me out again and does not allow me to open a new account.
While my account was still new, I purchased a VIP membership for approximately $5. However, since I believe I was banned unfairly, I no longer have access to my account or the VIP benefits I paid for. Because I could not find support within the app, I repeatedly contacted the Matchpub team through Instagram and Facebook, but I have not received any response.
Since I have not been given any explanation of a rule violation, I am requesting that my account be reinstated and that I be allowed to continue using my VIP subscription from where it left off. I ask that you provide an explanation regarding this matter and remove the ban on my account.
