MatchPub Banned My Access Without Reason – I Need a Solution

Out of nowhere, MatchPub blocked my account, displaying the message: "Access denied due to app rules." I have no idea why this happened, and I can no longer log into the app.

I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but nothing works—I am completely locked out. I followed all rules, so this restriction makes no sense.

MatchPub team, I need an explanation and a solution immediately! If this is a mistake, fix it and restore my access as soon as possible. I expect a response and a resolution without further delay. Please address this issue now!
