I am unable to access my MatchPub account, and I have no idea why. Every time I try to log in, I get an error message denying access. I have been a regular, active user, and now I can’t even download the app!
If my account was banned, I was never informed of any violation. I love using MatchPub, and I want this issue resolved as soon as possible. Since I don’t remember my exact username, I can’t even check what went wrong.
