MatchPub Won’t Let Me Log In—Need Ban Removed & Access Restored

I am unable to access my MatchPub account, and I have no idea why. Every time I try to log in, I get an error message denying access. I have been a regular, active user, and now I can’t even download the app!

If my account was banned, I was never informed of any violation. I love using MatchPub, and I want this issue resolved as soon as possible. Since I don’t remember my exact username, I can’t even check what went wrong.

MatchPub, please review my case and remove any restriction that may have been placed on my account! I expect a quick response and a solution so I can continue using the app.
