I’ve been unfairly banned from the Matchpub app, and I honestly have no idea why. One moment I was using it like usual, and the next thing I know, I’m completely locked out with no explanation. This makes absolutely no sense to me. I joined the app because I genuinely loved being part of the community. I was enjoying my time there, and now I feel extremely upset and excluded.
I’ve tried accessing my account in every way possible, but nothing works—I'm totally blocked. I didn’t violate any rules, and I was simply participating like everyone else. This ban is completely unjustified.
Please review my account and lift this restriction. I just want to return to the app and be active again. Time feels like it’s standing still without it. I really hope someone from Matchpub will step up and help fix this.
