Match Masters Freezes During Matches After In-Game Purchases

I had been playing the Match Masters game on the iOS platform for a long time. Over the past month, I made in-game purchases totaling approximately $167. However, while playing the game—especially when I had powerful characters—the game would frequently generate errors, freeze the screen, and force-close. This issue occurred in almost every match, particularly at moments when I had the advantage, and caused me to lose unfairly.
Regarding this issue, I submitted a refund request through the in-app system, but I was told that I needed to apply through Apple Support. Even though I explained the situation multiple times through Apple Support, all of my refund requests were immediately rejected. I did not experience any freezing or connection issues on my device or in other apps, and I was using the most up-to-date version of the game.
My game account is still active (my in-game name is Meryem A***), but I have deleted the app from my device. I am requesting that the hardship I experienced be resolved and that all payments I made be fully refunded.
