Match Masters Support Refuses to Refund Lost Boosters
I am a Match Masters player on Android, and for about 20 days, I have been repeatedly kicked out of the game in the middle of matches. Every time this happens, I automatically lose the match and, more importantly, I lose the boosters that I have paid a lot of money for. These boosters were purchased with real money, and I consider that I am being unfairly deprived of them because the game disconnects me or throws me out during play. This situation makes me feel that it is being done intentionally so that I lose what I paid for, and it has completely destroyed my trust in the game. I have already contacted your support service from within the app, explained clearly that I am being kicked from matches and that I am losing paid boosters, but I was only told “sorry” and that you will not return them. I find this attitude disrespectful and feel that my problem has not been taken seriously at all. I request the return of all boosters that I have lost as a result of being kicked out of the game during matches. I expect you to check my account history, see the matches where I was disconnected and the boosters consumed, and restore to my account all the boosters that I lost in this way.
How long will it take until I receive all the SE boosters lost in the last 20 days?
