Match Masters Denies Responsibility for Unauthorized Bank Withdrawal

On November 27, 2025, at around 11:38 PM, I knowingly made an in-game purchase in the Match Masters game for approximately $44. However, immediately after this transaction, the payment provider used by the game, called Aghanım, made an additional charge of $32.23 from my VakıfBank account without my knowledge or consent. This amount was posted on November 28, 2025, and appeared on my statement as an unauthorized charge.

I approved only one purchase, and I definitely did not give any authorization for this extra $32.23 charge. When I contacted Match Masters regarding this issue, they stated that it was not related to them and refused to take responsibility, leaving my issue unresolved.

I request that this unauthorized $32.23 transaction made without my knowledge or approval be canceled and that the amount be refunded to my VakıfBank account. I also ask that the necessary checks be carried out to prevent such unauthorized charges from happening again and that I be informed in writing about the outcome.
