Match Masters Keeps Removing My Purchased Cards After Disconnecting

I am a player of Match Masters, and today, on 09/05/2026, I purchased cards in the game for 38 SAR. After I bought the cards and started playing, the game suddenly kicked me out. When I went back into the game, I found that all the cards I had paid for were gone, and I did not benefit from my purchase at all. This is not the first time this problem has happened to me. I have faced the same issue before, where I buy cards, then the game disconnects or kicks me out, and when I return, the cards are missing.
