On September 16, 2025, I purchased two items from Massimo Dutti using the same-day delivery option, which was shipped via Kargoist. I paid an additional fee for this service, and delivery was promised to my address in Kadıköy, 19 Mayıs Mahallesi, Istanbul, on the same day. However, I was neither called nor did anyone come to my door. Instead, the system showed the status “delivery failed.”
I called Kargoist customer service three times, and each time an urgent delivery note was added to my file, but even after two days, my order still hadn’t been delivered. Just recently, I received an SMS stating that my order had been successfully delivered — but I never received the package. This is not the first time I’ve experienced such an issue. When I contacted customer service again, I was told that my items would be re-dispatched to me, yet no progress has been made.
I expect Kargoist to ensure that my order is delivered to me promptly, completely, and without any further issues.
