Late Delivery On Massimo Dutti Online Store

On October 14, I placed an order (No. 30133641095) through your online store using the “same-day delivery” option. However, three days have passed, and my order has still not been delivered. The delivery address is in Beşiktaş, Istanbul. Throughout this delay, I have contacted your customer service team multiple times. Each time, I was told that the delivery company (Kargoist) was responsible and that I simply needed to wait. No additional information, documentation, or proactive solution was requested or offered during this process. I completed my payment via credit card. I find the Customer Relations Department’s approach insufficient. In such cases, I believe that the brand should take steps to prevent customer dissatisfaction—for instance, by sourcing the product from another nearby location and ensuring a special delivery to fulfill the promise made at purchase. I have never experienced such an issue before with your brand.
