Massimo Dutti Didn’t Deliver Same-Day Order and Ignored My Refund Request
On September 10, 2025, I placed an order on Massimo Dutti’s online store for a medium-sized thick suede leather Icon bag. I selected the same-day delivery option and paid an additional ₺140 for express delivery. The delivery address was in Ataşehir, Istanbul. My order number is 30131535217.
The order was supposed to be prepared as a gift package, as it was purchased to be given as a present. However, the item was not delivered on the promised date. Additionally, I was unable to reach customer service before 10:00 AM to get any assistance.
Because the paid express delivery service was not fulfilled and the gift could not be delivered on time, I was seriously inconvenienced. I request an urgent resolution to my issue and a full refund of the express delivery fee I paid.
