Massimo Dutti Ignored My Requests After Canceling Part of My Online Order
On September 3, 2025, I placed an online order from Massimo Dutti for five items (Order No: 30131095169) with a total amount of ₺8,350, which I paid in three installments by credit card. On September 5, 2025, I picked up part of my order from the store. However, one of the items I ordered — priced at ₺2,950 — was canceled by Massimo Dutti in the system without any explanation, and I never received the product.
I contacted customer service several times through both WhatsApp and phone, but I have not received any response, and the refund for the canceled item has still not been processed. I was also given no information about the reason for the cancellation.
I request that the ₺2,950 refund for the canceled item be returned to my credit card in three installments as originally charged, and that I be informed of the reason for the cancellation as soon as possible.
