Massimo Dutti Shipment Still “Out for Delivery” and No One to Contact
Since September 10, 2025, I have been experiencing delivery issues with my Massimo Dutti order, tracking number 255196764344. I specifically requested that the shipment be delivered to my business address in Afyonkarahisar city center during working hours (08:30–17:30). However, the courier company repeatedly attempts delivery outside of business hours and fails to deliver the package to the address. For the past two days, I have been unable to receive my shipment or reach any responsible representative.
When I call customer service, I can only reach an automated voice system — there is no way to speak with a live agent. I have faced similar delivery problems with this courier company before, and my frustration continues. The tracking system still shows the package status as “out for delivery,” with no indication of which branch currently holds it.
I request that this complaint be officially recorded and that necessary measures be taken to prevent such delivery problems from happening again.
