Marsbahis SMS Security Breach Caused Loss
On 05.05.2026, I experienced a very serious problem with my Marsbahis account and I lost a total of ₺50,000. First I tried to log in to my account via Telegram but I could not log in. Afterwards, I wrote “Marsbahis” on Google and logged in through a site that appeared there. I have SMS security on my account, and during the login process an SMS came to my phone with the code “316***”, just like it normally does when I log in to your site. According to what you later told me, this place was supposedly a fake site, but I find it very alarming that the SMS for login security is sent to the same place while I am logging in and that the people on this fake site can somehow access my information. When I checked my account, I saw that my deposits, withdrawals, ID photos, credit card information and all my details were visible and that transactions had been made as if it were a normal login. After this, I deposited ₺50,000 thinking that there was no problem with the site. When the money was not credited, I wrote to live support and only then understood that the site was fake, because they asked me to deposit money again. My main problem and question here is how my information is obtained and how access to the account is possible without any SMS reaching me, while the SMS security is supposedly active and the code message comes to me during login. When I contacted you, you only told me that the place where I made the deposit was a fake site. Under these circumstances, I strongly suspect that there is a security problem and that there may even be cooperation with these fake sites. I request that the ₺50,000 I lost in this process be fully refunded to me and that all necessary checks be carried out regarding the security breach and how my information was obtained. If my loss is not compensated and I do not receive a clear explanation, I will lodge a formal complaint with the relevant licensing authorities and pursue this matter through all legal channels.
