Marsbahis Fake Account Opened With My ID

I recently learned that on the betting site Marsbahis, an account was opened and used without my permission using my Turkish ID number, my bank account information and my phone number ending with 65. I have no connection with Marsbahis and I have never given any consent for an account to be opened or used in my name. I am extremely disturbed that my personal data and banking information are being used in this way without my knowledge. As soon as I noticed the situation, I contacted Marsbahis support and explained that the account was opened and used without my consent, and I requested that the account be closed immediately. However, I was told by e‑mail that the account would be closed only if it was not logged into for 30 or 60 days, which I find completely unacceptable, because this situation concerns the unlawful use of my identity and personal data, not an ordinary account closure request. I demand that the account opened in my name on Marsbahis be closed immediately, all my personal data, transaction and access history be completely and irreversibly deleted, and that my Turkish ID number and phone number be technically blocked from ever being used to open or log into any Marsbahis account again. I request that this unlawful use of my information be taken seriously, that the necessary investigation be carried out urgently, and that I be informed in writing of the actions taken.
