Perabet Deleted My Balance After Claiming My Account Was Hacked
Hello. I deposited ₺50,000 into my Perabet account and turned it into ₺106,000 through gameplay. But the next morning, when I logged back into the site, I was shocked to see that my balance had dropped to just ₺2,909. When I contacted support, they told me my account had supposedly been hacked, and blamed me for not enabling SMS verification.
This explanation makes no sense. Even if someone else accessed my account, they can’t withdraw funds unless it’s to the verified bank account tied to the account holder. No hacker would bother logging in just to gamble on someone else’s account and leave with nothing. It’s obvious to me: once I started winning big, they wiped my balance under the excuse of a "security breach."
Support keeps repeating the same canned response: “You didn’t enable SMS protection.” If that’s the case, why isn’t SMS security mandatory for such a high-risk platform? I had already activated my security question, and still this happened.
