Marsbahis Denies Valid Deposit Showing in Bank Statement
Today at around 7:00 PM, I deposited $16 into my Marsbahis account via bank transfer. While logging into the site, I received a code through an official channel belonging to the platform, and I used this code to log in. However, the $16 I deposited has not been credited to my account.
I completed the transfer through my bank, and both my receipt and account statement clearly show that this amount is currently “in process.” Despite this, when I contacted live support, they told me that the transaction was fake and not valid. However, this transaction is clearly visible on my official bank statement.
I request that the $16 I deposited be credited to my Marsbahis account as soon as possible and that this issue be resolved promptly.
