Jojobet Account Hacked And Balance Withdrawn Despite SMS Security Active

I have been a Jojobet member for about four years and during this time my total loss has reached around ₺2,000,000. Despite this, I continued to use the platform, but on 30/11/2025 I experienced a very serious security problem and I believe my account balance was effectively stolen. On that date, while I was actively logged into my Jojobet account, I was suddenly logged out and then could not log back in, even though SMS security was active on my account. Shortly afterwards, I was informed that the money in my account, ₺250,000, had been withdrawn via a crypto method. I did not give any withdrawal instruction and I did not approve any transaction. I immediately contacted Jojobet live support and clearly stated that I could not access my account, that SMS security was active, and that any transaction made during this period would not belong to me and should not be approved. In spite of this warning, I was later told that the money had already been withdrawn and that there was nothing they could do.
I find it unacceptable that such a high level of intervention and security weakness can exist on an account that is supposedly protected by SMS verification. Based on this experience, I believe that the Jojobet site is definitely not reliable and that they do not comply with the rules and assurances they themselves present to users. As a long-time user who has already lost large amounts on this platform, I expect Jojobet to take responsibility for this incident, to conduct a detailed investigation into how ₺250,000 could be withdrawn from an account with SMS security without my approval, and to refund the full amount withdrawn without my authorization. I request that this unlawful transaction be reversed and my ₺250,000 balance be returned to me as soon as possible.
