Marriott Istanbul Fails to Fix Broken Hot Stone in Spa for 4 Months


I have stayed at the Istanbul Şişli Marriott Hotel five times over the past four months, but despite my repeated feedback, the hot stone in the spa remains broken. For a hotel of this caliber, such neglect is unacceptable. The hot stone is a key feature for me when choosing a spa, and its ongoing disrepair shows a lack of attention to customer experience. After four months with no action taken, I’ve decided I can no longer stay at this hotel. Marriott must prioritize maintaining its facilities and address this issue immediately. Guests deserve a fully functional spa experience, especially in a hotel of this standard.
