Poor Service and Extra Charges During My Stay at Marriott Hotels
I have been staying at Marriott Hotels for 10 days, and everything was going well until I decided to have dinner at the hotel. I ordered a poorly made pizza and experienced inattentive service—no table setup or proper attention from the staff. To make matters worse, the bill was ₺850, and they added a 10% service charge for service that was never provided.
While the extra charge is not the main issue, the rude response from the waiter was unacceptable. When I questioned the charge, he dismissively said, “It’s written on the menu, sir.” This level of disrespect and lack of professionalism is not what I expect from Marriott. I urge the management to address these issues and ensure better service for future guests.
