I Went to Charge My EV at Marriott İzmir but the E-Şarj Station Wasn’t Working

There’s an E-Şarj station listed at the Marriott Hotel in Alsancak, İzmir, which is supposed to be operational 24/7. I double-checked this by calling both the E-Şarj app support and customer service—they clearly confirmed that the station was active and ready for use.
However, when I arrived at the Marriott Hotel to charge my vehicle, I was told I couldn’t use the station. The staff vaguely mentioned that it was under maintenance, but offered no signage, estimated repair time, or any official notice. It felt like they were just brushing off the issue.
The E-Şarj station number is TR-IZM-067-068, and its availability status was showing as active when I arrived. If a charging station is undergoing maintenance or unavailable for any reason, it should be updated in real time through the app and made clear to users before they waste time and battery driving there.
This experience was frustrating and left me stranded without a charging solution. Marriott and E-Şarj, please provide accurate information and maintain your systems as promised. I expect a proper explanation and immediate update regarding the station's true status. Reliable service is critical for EV users—this cannot be overlooked.
