Marks & Spencer Online Listing Error Led to Wrong Shirt Being Delivered

On September 22, I ordered a pocketless men’s shirt from Marks & Spencer through Trendyol. When the order was delivered on September 24, I opened the package and realized that I had received a shirt with a pocket instead of the pocketless model I had ordered. The product description and images on the website clearly indicated that it was a pocketless design.
I contacted Marks & Spencer customer service and requested an exchange. However, they claimed that there was an image error and that I must have misread the product. I once again pointed out that both the description and the visuals clearly showed a pocketless shirt. Despite this, I was told that I could only return the item, not exchange it.
I request that the correct product be sent to me—the one I originally ordered—and that Marks & Spencer issue an apology for the mistake and confusion caused.
