Marks and Spencer Online Order Still Has Not Arrived

I placed order number 3339914923313222 through Marks & Spencer’s online store on September 12, 2026. I purchased two pairs of pants with this order, and the estimated delivery date shown in the system was September 13. However, 12 days have now passed and I still have not received my order.

When I check the shipment tracking page, it says “the package has not been handed over to us,” and I have no information about where my order currently is. I have tried contacting both Marks & Spencer customer service and the shipping company, but I have been unable to reach either of them.

I request clear information about the status of my order and ask that the two pairs of pants be delivered to me as soon as possible.
