Manuka Order Delays: Unfulfilled Items for 32 Days
My order from Manuka arrived on the 13th of October lacking four products, and it has been 32 days since then that I have been waiting for the shipment of those items to arrive. They stated that there was a problem with the system and promised to ship the products a week ago, but there has been no sign of them since then. This kind of carelessness has never occurred in my experience, and they are not even attempting to make amends for their errors. They will not receive another order from me under any circumstances.

Hello, our customer is in contact with our WhatsApp team. They have filed a complaint on Şikayet Var regarding the issue, and subsequently, we reached out to the customer. After receiving their order, the customer informed our WhatsApp team that some items were missing. Our team addressed the issue and arranged for the missing items to be dispatched. However, due to an issue with the shipping company, the package was lost. Following this, four items were missing for our customer; since two of these items were out of stock, a refund was issued to the customer, and the other two items were dispatched again. In light of these actions, we provided the customer with a receipt and information confirming the dispatch of their package. While we have assisted the customer with the issue, they have chosen not to withdraw their complaint.
