I'm writing to convey my severe discontent with Mango. I returned a product I bought from them over two months ago, but despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have yet to receive a refund. I find this behavior to be inexcusable and unequivocally fraudulent. The lack of response from Mango's customer service and their inability to keep their promises demonstrate their unprofessionalism and lack of dedication to their customers. Mango is unreliable and untrustworthy, so I strongly advise against doing business with them. This disgraceful company's products and services will never inspire confidence. I am reporting this issue in the hopes that others will be spared Mango's broken promises and subpar customer service.
