My Mango Online Shoes Arrived Damaged




My online order for shoes arrived, and the laces are almost completely torn! I cannot believe these shoes were packaged without any quality control. It's clear that no one bothered to check the product before sending it out.
To make matters worse, I submitted a request to customer service for an address change after the order was placed, but even though it hadn't been shipped yet, no solution was provided. This is incredibly frustrating. I received a defective product, and their customer service is useless.
Mango, I demand a return and refund for this defective product! This is unacceptable. Take responsibility for sending damaged goods and process my refund now!
