Mango Lost My Store Delivery Order - Refuses to Refund or Help
My Mango store delivery order with code EJ9VQV has gone missing at the store. Although the courier delivered the item to the store, they claim to have checked all their storage areas but still cannot locate my product. I even visited the store in person, hoping to resolve the issue directly, but the staff simply repeated the same explanation. There has been no clear communication or solution offered by Mango. They are neither delivering the item nor processing a cancellation. Despite the product being lost, they are refusing to compensate me for my loss. Therefore, I am filing an official complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and the Presidential Communication Center regarding this matter.
