Mango Refused to Honor Discount After Canceling My In-Stock Order

On October 6, I ordered a Merino wool cardigan from Mango’s online store under order number ES0FA4. However, the product was never delivered. When I called customer service on October 15, they told me there was a warehouse issue and that my order was queued for shipment. Then, on October 16, I received an email stating that the product was out of stock and my order was canceled.

I had purchased the cardigan with a 15% discount, paying $79 via credit card. Now, the same product is no longer discounted, and I can’t buy it again at the same price. What’s worse, the item still appears available both online and in physical stores. When I contacted customer service again, they said it might be a system error and offered no real solution. My request for a discount code was also rejected.

This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced delays and cancellations with Mango. In previous cases, I only received an apology and a refund, which doesn’t make up for the inconvenience. I’m requesting that Mango issue a discount code or provide similar compensation so I can repurchase the cardigan at the same discounted price.
