Mango Ignored My Defective Pants Complaint — No Update After Return
On May 30, 2025, I purchased a pair of pants from the Mango store in Ankamall, Ankara. Shortly after, I noticed that the... item was defective, so I returned it to the store to be sent for inspection. However, months have passed, and I still haven’t received any update or response regarding my product.
