My Mango Pants Faded, They Denied Refund

I bought a pair of pants from the Kurtköy Viaport Mango store, and after a short time, the color faded drastically! I brought them back for a refund, but they refused, claiming there was a "tag difference" and that the item needed to be "inspected."
This is completely unacceptable. First, you print the wrong tag, and then I have to suffer the consequences as a consumer. As if the fading color wasn't bad enough, now I have to deal with this bogus "tag difference" issue. It's truly disappointing to see Mango, a brand I've happily shopped with for years, become so incredibly low-quality.
Mango, you need to process my refund for these faded pants immediately! Stop blaming customers for your manufacturing defects and print accurate tags. This decline in quality is alarming, and I expect you to take responsibility.
