My Mango Bag Stained My Favorite Blouses

I genuinely love the products I buy from you; Mango is one of my favorite brands. However, I bought a bag, not even from the new season, and it has left permanent stains on my favorite blouses!

I used the bag twice last week in Izmir, and now the front and back of two of my most cherished and expensive blouses are covered in bag dye. Since I wore the bag cross-body, the stains are incredibly noticeable. In short, my blouses are completely ruined and unusable. This situation is incredibly upsetting. When I first bought the bag, it had some shedding, but I didn't think much of it. A bag from a brand like Mango, regardless of how much time passes, should never bleed dye like this.
