I used the bag twice last week in Izmir, and now the front and back of two of my most cherished and expensive blouses are covered in bag dye. Since I wore the bag cross-body, the stains are incredibly noticeable. In short, my blouses are completely ruined and unusable. This situation is incredibly upsetting. When I first bought the bag, it had some shedding, but I didn't think much of it. A bag from a brand like Mango, regardless of how much time passes, should never bleed dye like this.
Mango, you need to compensate me for my ruined blouses immediately! Your product has directly caused damage to my other belongings. Take responsibility for your defective bag and address this quality control issue now!
