Mango Online Store Payment Error
On March 18, an erroneous payment of ₺350.02 was made through shop.mango.com. The support team assured me that the issue would be resolved by emailing h*************@iyzico.com for assistance, but despite sending emails for 12 days, there has been no response or refund. Mango stated that the refund would be processed within 48 hours on Wednesday, yet I have received no updates. Iyzico's unprofessional and amateurish handling of the situation has left me feeling utterly frustrated and inconvenienced.
