I Face Mango App Refund Problem After Returning Six Items

On August 16, 2025, I made a purchase through the Mango app and later returned six items. However, during the return process, two of the items were recorded incorrectly, resulting in an incomplete refund. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, the remaining ₺1,219.96 for the other four items has still not been refunded to me.

Attention: If you’re planning to shop through the Mango app, you should be aware that their return process is extremely complicated.

The return process is a complete mess.

Refunds are sometimes incomplete.

Customer service doesn’t resolve issues.

You may experience serious inconvenience.

If you shop through this app, be prepared for a long and stressful struggle just to get your money back.
