Mango Fails to Provide Tracking for Online Order

I made a purchase from the online shop of Mango on January 6th, 2023. My order number is DEBMTB. Despite being informed by Mango that my package had been sent, I have yet to receive any information about tracking the package. I have attempted to contact Mango's customer service team multiple times, both by phone and through their help form, but have received no response. I find it unacceptable that a company as reputable as Mango would fail to provide proper tracking information for a package and fail to respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner. This lack of transparency and customer service is unacceptable and has left me feeling disrespected and disregarded as a customer. I demand that Mango take immediate action to provide me with the information and support I need to track my package and ensure its safe delivery. I will not rest until this issue is resolved and I receive my package. I urge other customers to be cautious when making purchases from Mango and to expect better service from a well-known brand.
