No cargo tracking code is given by Mango

On December 22, 2022, I was notified on my phone that the shipment of my Mango order with the number DDLGX7 had been completed. However, there was no tracking number provided for the cargo. There is no working phone number that I can use to get in touch with the customer service department. For this reason, I have emailed my complaint three times, but I have not received a response, either positive or negative, as of yet. I would appreciate it if you could keep me updated on the situation as quickly as you can. I demand an immediate refund in the event that there is a problem with the stock on my order and it will not be shipped.
