Mango Delivery And Refund Problem, Their System Falls Short Every Time
I have yet to receive my order with reference number dsnqbq, which I purchased on November 2nd. Despite my attempts to inquire through messages and phone calls for the past two days, there has been no response. Customer service mentioned they are awaiting information from the courier, but it has been a month since the order. Additionally, my order with reference number dswepw, which I purchased on November 17th and returned within two days, has not been processed for a refund, claiming they haven't received it yet. When I provided the delivery information, they acknowledged receipt of the product and assured that the refund would be processed within 12 business days. Unfortunately, there seems to be a systemic issue, but they should be aware that it creates a sense of distrust on the customer's end. I don't encounter such problems with any other brand in their category. I will continue to follow up, especially recommending those who are awaiting a refund to keep track of the situation.
