I Report Torn Product Delivery From Mango Online Shopping

I purchased a product from Mango’s online store on 24.06.2025, but when I received it, I found multiple tears and damages on the item. I cannot understand how such a product could be shipped without any quality control from a global brand like Mango.
I have always trusted Mango and regularly shopped from your stores. However, the nearest Mango store is far from my home, making the return process inconvenient and frustrating. This has caused both financial and emotional distress as I purchased the item expecting high quality.
I explicitly request either a full refund or an immediate replacement with a flawless product. Please resolve this issue within 14 days.
