On 2025-06-24, I purchased a discounted bag from Mango for ₺XXX. Everything seemed fine until days later when I received a notification that my order was being prepared. However, on 2025-06-28, I was suddenly informed that my order was canceled due to the item being out of stock.
If this product was likely to run out, it should never have been listed on your site in the first place. I didn’t just leave the product in my cart; I paid for it and completed the transaction. This was my first purchase from your store, and it left me deeply disappointed.
When I contacted customer service, I was offered no solution whatsoever. I felt completely disregarded as a customer. The financial and emotional impact of this careless service approach is unacceptable.
I explicitly request either the immediate shipment of the bag or a full refund, along with an apology for the inconvenience caused.
